Sehwag, the master batsman

An unbroken 222 run partnership between Sehwag (284 ) and Dravid ( 62 ) saw India finish the second day at the Brabourne Stadium at 443/1 !

Sehwag slammed 40 fours and seven sixes in an incredible batting display. He scored his sixth double century, overtaking Dravid's five. This is his 4th 250, just below Bradman !

Earlier Dilshan was in a belligerent mood as he plundered 77 runs off the hapless Indian attack. Now SL are 117/1.Dilshan scored a scintillating hundred but then that couldnt save SL ! SL could only score 366/8 at the end of the first day's play.
